Today, I will tell about stress at work;
Well! we can classify stress as worry, anxiety, fear, phobia, and so on.
Today I will tell about stress and how to handle it.

Don’t worry, be happy!

In my opinion, there are two kinds of stress.
One of them is inspiring people and the other one is preventing people to do work.
We can say them inspiring stress and preventing stress.

The inspiring stress is good and necessary for us and our employers.
The critical point here is to reduce the stress to the level of inspiring stress.

Naturally, preventing stress will be shifted to inspiring for us when we remove the factors.
These factors may originate from internal or external.
We can reduce the internal and external effects by talking.
We must know that information reduces stress. Time management and PRİO-Rİ-Tİ-ZATİON of work are the most important factors which are within our influence area.
Information is like the light. Just as light destroys darkness, information and communication reduce stress.
In the end, tell yourself and your boss everything, what you are doing or what you can do, and what you will do.
